Am I missing something or what? Why can't the Colts catch up TITANS?

IND is 10-4 and TEN is 12-2 and they have a head to head matchup left. Colts can split the matchup. And their division rec will be same and conf record will be better after it. (If TEN loses both games, and Colts win out, of course) Please explain me.
