Up all night, now how to stay awake?

so, had a huge midterm, and had to take the adderall (have a prescription for ADD, 10MG). Took it around 11pm, and now it is starting to get around 6am, and starting to wear off. My question is, is it safe to take another adderall or just load up on caffiene? Has anyone ever used the adderall allnighter trick?
