Bronchitis for like 2 weeks?

i know it lasts a while but if having antibiotics doesn't help within a week should i go back to the doctor? it's effecting my sleep and causing a great deal of pain in my back and a fever. what are some other things i can do to help? and what can i do to help while i'm at school/work.
