Is there any programs to help a U.S. citizen go to school in Canada?

You normally just have to apply to the school(s) of your choice and when you do, you'll be told where and how to go about applying as an international student. Yep, you're considered international even though you're just south of us. Just check out Web sites for Colleges / Universities, look for the program you're interested in and somewhere on the page you'll find information or a link to a page for non-canadians wanting to apply.
