How can I lose weight, tone, without cardio?

well...you can't really lose certain part of your body fats. try doing many sets of small weights for all body parts. it'll help tone down your body and probably work a little as cardio as well. take walk after meals and eat 6 small meals a day (helps burn down fat. i've lost quiet alot doing just that)
