Hemroids, help with digestion?

i have had hemroids for the last 3 month now its not really that painfull and it never itches or anything like that its just sat there doing nothing i dont want to go to my gp as im too embared the only problem is when i go to the toilet if its tough then it bleeds and it fills the rim of the toilet apart from this iv got no other problems like alot of other people have i was wondering if ther is anything i can do with my diet or anything i can buy that makes going to the toilet easier is there any type of tablet you can buy that helps with your digestion thanks.
