Help teething 8 month old wont sleep...?

she already had six ounces of a bottle at 7:30 didnt want anymore and fell asleep. woke at 9 ate 4 more ounces but wouldn't sleep sat up playing and trying to make her really tired she was rubbing her eyes at 10 offered her the bottle wouldn't take it gave her tylonol and tried to snuggle her and no position was the correct one she just wanted to sit straight up in my lap but got too tired to do that so started getting mad again after about 10 minutes ..... she has been in her bed the past 15 minutes crying im going to get her now and see what i can do because she is hollering mama but i don't know how to help her if she wont eat or cuddle.
