Do you think the California courts should grant compionate leave to Susan Atkins, who has terminal cancer?

Along with Charles Manson, Atkins and and the gang horribly murdered pregnant actress Sharon Tate and other people in 1969. I was 8 1/2 months pregnant myself at the time,also living in CA., and this series of events seems just like yesterday to me. Since the murders Atkins got married, and her husband is now petitioning the court for her freedom. What do you think about this? After showing the pleading actress and others absolutely no compion, should pity be given to Atkins? Dying of brain cancer, she is now bedridden, and says she is a born again Christian.
