How can i get my boyfriend to kiss me?

We do not go to the same school, and I am a year older so we see eachother at my hs's football games and occasionally on the weekends. Whenever I am with him at the games we are standing with his friends, and I constantly hear them trying to get him to kiss me or grab my ***. I would really enjoy a kiss, because it would show me his affection. Plus I would love my first kiss from him :) I need advice on how I can accomplish this. Please don't write me any of the "take the initiative, you kiss him" because i am very shy. Oh and we have broken the touch barrier and are very comfortable snuggling close, but i would love a kiss! Please help me!
