How many Iraqis and Afghanis has the USA killed in revenge for the dead 3,000 at 911?

The U.S. troops have facilitated or killed over 100,000 Iraqis by 2007 and at that rate, we will have killed more than Saddam executed in his 28 years as President of Iraq. They have caused the flight of several million more refugees to other countries which put a burden on those countries. Car bombs have caused worse injuries than shooting but the barbaric 'shock and awe' was like the London blitz in 1940. I can imagine the horror of living through that week. American government did not like a network of Muslim activists getting the better of the world superpower but their reaction to the killings in 2001 were disproportionate for the acts.
