Im looking to buy a SIRIUS satellite radio what one would you recomend?

I have a trail blazer, but I have an aftermarket radio in it (with aux port in the back) what im trying to look for is a radio, that looks great and work great, I already know I want a sirius, because of howard stern, but I dont know anything after that. If I buy the radio does it come with everything to install in your vehicle or do I need to buy extra things to make it work, because I see satellite radio receiver and then I see satellite radio receiver with car docks, ill figure with the car dock it comes with everything that I need to install, or if I just buy the receiver does it comes with everything to install in the vehicle, you can see im confused on what to get and I dont want to buy something, open it up, and realize I have to buy something else to make it work (besides the subscription lol) but if you could post links, like amazon, that would help out a lot, thanks
