Im scared of my clmate?

theres this guy in my homeroom cl, marcel , and he's kinda a loner/ creeper. he's always been picking on my friend nini, saying really snide and obscene comments, and sometimes even suggestively ual comments,such as" you're the perfect victim" and recently he started doing this to me. when i get to school i'm always alone in the clroom with him and im afraid he'll do something. the last thing he did to me was get realy close behind me when i wasn't looking, and when i turned around he "bumped" into me and said " you have really pretty eyes. i just noticed." don't people say that to the victim they're trying to lure to them or something? is he psycho or am i just being silly?
