Should Palestinians in the West Bank be moved out?

The Likud charter specifically states that no Palestinian independent state will be allowed west of the River Jordan. Netanyahu is the leader of Likud. So when he says a Palestinian state, he means east of the River Jordan (where another country already exists - Jordan). Since all of the West Bank is west of the River Jordan, the "parts of the occupied West Bank" he wants to keep means exactly 100% of the West Bank.
