What student loans could I get for $27,500 and defer payments until graduation without a co signer?

I wanted to know if I could get a loan for $27,500 for college; the money will also be for my living expenses. My school only provides off campus living and it’s much more expensive to live off campus instead of on campus. I am currently unemployed, I don't have anyone that will co-sign a loan for me, and I was wondering even If I don't have a job at the moment couldn't I defer payments until after graduation and then begin to start making payments? And It's not like I haven't been looking for a job, I have put in several applications but no response yet. I can't get financial istance right now because my mom still hasn't done her taxes yet and my expected start date is July 9th and I know that it takes about 4-6 weeks to process the fafsa form and by that time I should be starting school. I just wanted to see with my situation is it possible for me to get a loan. Please respond as soon as possible.
