Who is more wrong, the plagiarizer or the one who?

Chooses the blatant plagiarizer as best answer? I haven't been here long but have watched answers for some time now and it always disturbs my sense of fairness when this happens.For instance, one person will give a great answer to a question, then several minutes later an answer will come in that plagiarizes that answer and the asker will choose the one who 'borrowed the content' of the other.Spiritually speaking of course.Have you had this happen to you? And do you feel it is wrong when you see it happen to another?
