Would disney world's wedding services do a "forever family" adoption ceremony?

I'm in the process of adopting a little girl from the foster care system and I know disney does weddings and I checked out there website. Do you think they would accommodate a small ceremony as a symbolic gesture to her that I will never send her away like she has been accustomed to? Does anyone know the e-mail contact information for the disney wedding services?
